Using Russian Cyrillic and NSIS

So far, our installer has been only in English.
All of our text using LangString(s) and we have gotten out text translated.

Has anyone here successfully used LANG_RUSSIAN, is there anything I need to know, things like have separate language files for it and include them, or save them out with UTF8 anything. I'm in the process of trying to acquire a Windows XP machine with Cyrillic on it, to make sure this all works.
Any help would be appreciated.
