HELP ME!!!!!!!!!! i'm technologically retarded

i'm confused i'm trying to download xilisoft PSP video converter and everytime it gets to 2 or 3 percent the little freakin box comes up saying NCRC error.
what do i do to get the download?

And I though that it was a spam XD
