Determine domain membership and local administrator (group) account

Hi Folks,

i need to find out if a machine is member of a domain, or a DC or standalone.

Further i would then need to know (based on the results of the query above) if there is a local administrator account and group and their names.

I looked in the MSDN to find something that would help me but i did not find anything useful.

I have found a couple WSH scripts but they seem unreliable, are there any solutions that would, for example use the System Plugin?
