How to unload a dll?

Hi,
In my installer i am registering a dll which acts as an extension to normal windows explorer.exe The problem is that while uninstalling my application even though i am calling UnRegDLL the uninstaller is not able to delete the dll. Please let me know how can i delete the file during the uninstall.

you probably need a reboot

And use /rebootok on the delete.
