ScrollBar for Additional Task Page in Ultra modern UI

i want add scroll bar for additional task page in Ultra Modern UI.how to add scroll bar in this page.

i want to create lots of stuff in this page, i added more functions in this page.my functions are hided.

i am try to split these additional stuff to create Additional Task Page. these working fine, but it takes four pages.so i need to create in single Additional Task Page.

It is possible but not without writing a plugin.
