Costum install message

i want to display a custom message inside the installers textbox to show that an extrenal programm was started.
Due to the fact that it may take some seconds for the program to appear i would really like to be able to show a message inside the installer instead of using a MessageBox.

i really got no clue what i'm exactly looking for so all my tries to search for a solution failed.
if this question was already asked and answered, i was just to dumb to find it. Sorry.

Found the solution in another thread.
"DetailPrint" does the job.
