Section Documentation

I was recently reading thru some example scripts and came upon 2 lines which I don't recognise. I have searched the documentation but can't find a mention of them (hopefully I'm not just missing them), one line says "Section -FinishSection" and the other "Section -Prerequisites" can anyone explain what these are and especially where I can find a description. If these are "standard" sections is there a list of available ones?
