workaround updating Add/Remove Programs

Hi everyone,

I'm writing to you because I've read all the posts about the subject and I couldn't find an answer.

So, the problem basically is that after uninstalling my program from "Add/Remove Programs" the list doesn't update.

The uninstall completes successfully and everything is ok except for that.

Is there any workaround for this? Is this the expected behavior?

isn't the entrie deleted from the list or is the list just not updating itself after uninstall?

if it is the first one, did you delete the corresponding registry key?
Because it works for my everytime after deleting the key with the uninstall and the list updates itself.

Hi CG,

the problem is that after the uninstaller ends the entry is not getting removed at that time.

If I close the "Add/Remove Programs" window and the I open it again the entry was removed.

I want the entry to be removed after uninstalling without closing the "Add/Remove Programs" window.

I've deleted all registry entries.
