Configure Windows Firewall to set port 52000 accessible over network

I need to add an Exception in Windows Firewall settings in Control Panel.
1. Go to Control Panel - Windows Firewall.
2. Click on Exceptions tab.
3. Click on "Add Port". Add Port Name as "maxSql Client Server communication Port" and Port Number as "52000".
4. Restart the Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) service.

Please give me some referance how to this using nsis
