It sounds like a good idea to me. I wonder if anyone has already used that service.
However Transifex use gettext PO and POT files in contrast to NLF and NSH in NSIS.
In SCons (tool for building NSIS) the gettext Python module could be used to generate
NLF and NSH files from the PO and POT files.
What's your view on this?

The newer version of Transifex supports more file formats and allows the creation of custom importers.
