Practically anything is possible with NSIS.
It would help if you would ask a specific question. At the very least give some information on what you're trying to accomplish.

thank u for your replie, actually i'm trying to make an installer for a web application and i want the installer to work from the browser
NSIS creates win32 executables. It cannot make installers that run from a browser.
