How can I compile several .nsi scripts?

Hi,
I've many *.nis who use some same components which change several times.
So I need to compile every script again, when something is updated.

Can someone tell me how a script would look like to compile my 20 .nsi with only one click?
(script or an hidden feature like save all in HM NIS Edit?)
