Possible to use tracking and open url for a right installation?

Is it possible to use tracking and open a url or tracking javascript code for a right installation? I would like to convert a tracking that I can follow a right installation with my adwords.

you could create file called spyware.html, put your jscript in there and open it in the default browser. but i guess you want to be more secretive.
