Retrieve size of current section

As title says. Is that possible?
I know that SectionGetSize will give me just what I need, but it requires entering section's index. It's just another variable to pass into a macro I use in various sections.

Is there another way to get that size?

Errr... You want to get the size of a section without telling the function what section you want to get the size of? How on earth would you propose to accomplish that? o__O
