Resizing nsDialog's control 1018

Hi.
I want to resize the nsDialog's control 1018 to about (1000px,800px), as I am showing a web page in there and want to give the look & feel of a web browser. I have already set the window size using setWindowpos method, but the control showing the webpage wont resize.
Is there any way I can do it without using resource hacker?
