Edit colour branding text

Hi, i have problem with Brandingtext. I want to make sth like this: different colour than transparent of brandingtext and horizontal line
....i can edit brandingtext, but without change colour and horizontal line is next to brandingtext OR with colourful brandingtext with horizontal line on all width the window (in front of brandingtext, like strikethrough text). i want just change colour of branding text without changing position of horizontal line like here:
