[Help]Create an installer + other program..

Hi everyone.

I have a game client who require another 2 programs (Microsoft Visual C++2012 x86 and x64) i f you want to start it.That client is a simple folders with files and subfolders.

So what i want is to make a installer at my game client and after the installation those 2 programs microsoft visual start install automatically.
Or other option..in time when my game client is in progress,those two programs can start somewhere in back to install.

I don't know if is possible..please help me.
