find registry (Key,subkey,value) and Delete that

how can search in registry (key,subkey,value) and delete all finds?
it is possible whit nsis?how?
(i need this for remove a program,that program some times not remove with Programs and Features, i want write a remover for that for remove that program in safemode When problem finds)
