RichText - disable editing text

Hello.

Have a RichText control. Please advise how to prevent user to edit text inside this control without disabling? I need it to look exactly like a standard control on license page with cursor, vertical scroll, but without ability to change text.

Just need to create it without style ES_WANTRETURN and everything goes fine.
