Problem in Inetc Plugin

for upload a file to ftp need to username and password
now if in username or password a letter with a letter @ exists then inetc show "URL PARTS ERROR"

Example Code
inetc::put /CANCELTEXT "Cancel?" /QUESTION "QUESTION?" "FTP://Rose@upd.Domain.com:EzO+wJVpGzo9@upd.Domain.com/1.txt" "$EXEDIR\1.txt" /END
in username is @ and show message URL PARTS ERROR!
