Get the following message from Anti-Virus Immunet

Detection name: Clam.BC.Mp4.Exploit.CVE_2017_2992-5819336-0

Any idea what exploit is in NSIS?

Upload the file to virustotal.com, if it is marked as safe by most vendors then it is most likely a false-positive and you should report this to the antivirus vendor.
