Override program shortcut

I would knoe if is possible override (or add) keyboard shortcut.

EXAMPLE, Notepad:

In File\Save as... have not a keyboard shortcut.
Or File\Quit... have not a keyboard shortcut.

Is there a way to teach to NSIS with a key, to execute a command in the lower application?

Press ESC to close the process, or CTRL-ALT+S to save as...

No, you need to use UI Automation to perform such tasks but that is a pain to do using NSIS.
