How to license styling and auto scrolling?

I wan't like this license page. Is there any plugin for that?

I imagine you can get the style just by using a .rtf license file.

Is this a NSIS installer in your screenshot?

Yes, I'm sure it is.

Then look in %temp%\nsXXX while it is on the license page to find out what the plug-in is called.

Thank you so much. It is basic hmtl file and I didn't expect that. 🙂
