Remove registry entries created by Reg2nsis?

I'm new to nsis - one of my requirements for use is to be able to import .reg files. I see there's a plugin called "Reg2nsis" that looks like it will do the job. My question is whether an uninstall operation will automatically remove those registry entries or if I have to do that myself through scripting.

NSIS does not automatically delete entries created by the installer.
