"I agree" Button in the License Dialog

Hi is it possible to add an "I agree" button to the license dialogbox? Our do i have to add this myself.

I want something like this ... but it is not included. You will have to do this yourself. Sun's JavaWebStart uses an enhanced NSIS installer, but this was done by them.
