extract a file from uninstaller

Hello, it seems that is not allowed to extract a file from an uninstaller.

There is some trick to jump it out or I should simply extract my "parser" during Install process?

I need to use an "parser" that I wrote to clean a XML of some entries so I wrote that parser as an exe that I need to complete to process.

The File instruction works in uninstaller Sections...

..opss.... I accidentally wrote a symbol on the file name, so I was thinking it is not allowed ?
