Filipino (Tagalog) translation of NSIS

For some private reasons I've added the Filipino (Tagalog) language for NSIS.
As I'm not a native speaker I've used Google translator for that.
If somebody finds that this way is not correct - just update my files.

But better to have a start for the language and you can make it better than starting from zero ...

BTW, I've added filipino to the SConscript already.

I don't think we can accept something from Google Translate. I use that to verify translations along with Microsoft Terminology Search and Microsoft UI String Search but it should not be the basis of the translation.

LoadLanguageFile or MUI_LANGUAGEEX of course allows you to keep using "unofficial" languages if you so desire.

So perhaps a native speaker can verify the translation and/or update my files ...
