how to get checked sections

i have a small question :

how is it possible to get the sttate of a scetion
checked or not

i want to ask the user when a section is checked
if he really wants this

a real database with a good structure would be really better than a search form

ok someone has to manage it but i think its harder to find something with the search from here ...

(maybe others have no problems - but me ... )
