It is a free installer with only about 35k exehead overhead to the installer. So it is very good for small online programs..
And on the things about the glass..
it is half full if you are filling it up.. But if you are drinking or pouring it out, then it is half empty.. It is all about what you are doing with the glass at the time.. ;o)
