Reading environment variables

Hello everyone.

I would like anyone could help me with!!!!!!!

1)Making a script file to read environment variables from local
machine to a text file or any specified file.

2)Another script file or same script file will be used to read from a
text file or specified file to local machine and/or to class root
(if necessary).

3)If necessary restart the PC.
