Removal of Operating System Locked Files

😞 How can i remove files which are locked by the OS for Ex: Shell Extension DLL's. i use WinXP and it gives an error saying that file/directory cannot be removed. any help on this ????😢

That is, as far as I know, impossible.

Ghost Installer has a way of doing this, but how, i know not. i also manage to delete these files by killing the process explorer and restarting it. Is there any way to do it???🧟

I am sorry, I don't know a way of doing this. Search MSDN or with Google, maybe you will find something.
