Installation dirs cannot have a trailing space in their name. Either the file copying fails and outputs an error message*, otherwise it can skip all files and remain completely silent about this.
Everything works fine with no trailing space.
Can anyone reproduce the problem?

I think a directory with a trailing space is not valid. NSIS should trim spaces from the directory input.
Fixed in the latest CVS version.
