Error in documentation

Something is missing in the documentation:
It doesn't say that you can use the [section index output] parameter with the SubSection instruction, which it can, according to me and the makensis.nsi example.

I didn't want to create a new thread, while this old thread will do:
- The docs say that the use of !ifdef and !ifndef is prohibited within !macro's. But I see it being used all over, for example: system.nsh. Propably a documentation-bug.
